[Athletic & Performance Coaching] focuses on helping athletes. coaches, and teams reach their full potential and find their flow state. The aim is to provide guidance, support, and strategies to enhance performance, develop mental toughness, and optimize overall well-being. Through personalized plans, performance analysis, and mindset techniques, we work together to enhance skills and focus, overcome obstacles, and perform under pressure. By addressing both physical and mental aspects of performance, we can lean into untapped potential, maximize performance, and achieve extraordinary results.


[Couples Counselling] provides a safe and neutral space for partners to address their issues, enhance communication, and strengthen their connection. Whether dealing with conflict, trust issues, or communication breakdowns, the goal is to explore emotions, understand each other’s perspectives, and develop healthier patterns of interaction. Through understanding attachment systems and using psychobiological approaches, our work together can rebuild trust, foster emotional intimacy, and create a more satisfying and fulfilling relationship. Ultimately providing tools and skills to navigate challenges, deepen the relationship bond, and build a stronger, more resilient partnership.

Participants will explore practical strategies for building trust, enhancing communication, and promoting collaboration within teams.
