Erin O’Toole is a registered therapist and certified coach who specializes in performance psychology, sports coaching, and leadership development. She brings over a decade of experience in program development and high-performance coaching, including head coaching elite hockey teams and working with Hockey Alberta. Erin believes that everyone is a performer—whether an athlete, leader, or parent—and that mental training is just as important as physical training.

Erin holds a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Lethbridge (2013) and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University (2024). She is also a certified Professional Life Coach, completing her certification through the Transformation Academy in 2024.
Services Offered

Her individual counselling focuses on identifying patterns, building emotional resilience, and aligning habits with personal values, working with clients aged 15 and older. She integrates approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), solution-focused strategies, integrative techniques, and attention to the mind-body connection.
Her sports performance coaching helps athletes, coaches, and teams unlock their potential by addressing mental, emotional, and strategic factors. This includes mental preparedness, resilience, life balance, stress management, and transitions such as athletic retirement. Erin also supports entrepreneurs, executives, and teams through business consulting and leadership coaching, focusing on aligning values, culture building, strategic clarity, and intentional leadership.

Who Benefits from Erin’s Coaching
Athletes work with Erin to overcome obstacles, strengthen focus, and develop the mental toughness needed to perform under pressure. Non-athletes—including executives, entrepreneurs, and individuals navigating life transitions—benefit from her coaching as well, aligning performance with purpose. She also supports clients with ADHD and LGBTQ+ issues, offering a safe and inclusive environment for growth.
Values and Philosophy
Erin emphasizes character, intention, and integrity, believing that true performance flows from who you are, not just what you do. She defines success by how you lead yourself and connect with others, rather than by outcomes alone
