About Noël Stolz

Noël Stolz is a therapist offering both in-person and virtual sessions at Core Elements. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Lethbridge and completed her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.

Noël is passionate about supporting overwhelmed, neurodivergent women and mothers. She helps clients reignite their spark, rebuild confidence, and develop practical skills and somatic techniques to regulate their nervous system.

Her work focuses on clients experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, perfectionism, burnout, and challenges around rediscovering purpose. Noël’s therapeutic approach blends person-centered therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused strategies, and somatic therapy, emphasizing the mind-body connection.

Her goal is to help clients feel balanced, empowered, and connected to their authentic selves, fostering resilience, self-awareness, and meaningful growth.
